NEXT REP BASKETBALL — FOUNDING MEMBER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. What the Founding Member program is
The Founding Member program is limited to the first 100 members who reserve a spot with a deposit. The first 50 are the Founding 50 and receive 25% off standard membership rates. The next 50 are the Founding 100 and receive 15% off standard membership rates. Spots are assigned in the order deposits are received.
2. Your deposit
A $199 deposit reserves your Founding Member spot and rate. The full $199 is applied toward your first membership payment when Next Rep opens. The deposit is not an additional fee.
3. Refunds
Your deposit is fully refundable at any time before Next Rep signs its facility lease and announces an official opening timeline. To request a refund during this period, email info@nextrepbasketball.com and we will return the full $199 within 10 business days.
After the lease is signed and the opening date is announced, the deposit becomes non-refundable. It remains transferable to another person at your request.
If Next Rep does not open, all deposits are refunded in full regardless of when the request is made.
4. Your rate lock
Your Founding Member rate is locked for 24 months from the date your membership begins, provided your membership remains continuously active and in good standing.
5. What breaks the rate lock
If you cancel your membership during the 24-month period, you forfeit your Founding Member rate permanently. You may rejoin Next Rep at any time, but at standard rates. A canceled Founding Member cannot re-enroll at Founding Member pricing.
"Good standing" means your account is current on payment and you are in compliance with the Membership Terms & Facility Rules.
6. After 24 months
At the end of your 24-month lock, your membership converts to the standard rate then in effect. You permanently retain a 10% Founding Alumni discount off standard rates for as long as you remain a member, with no end date.
7. Minimum commitment
Each tier carries a minimum commitment period, which runs from the date your membership begins:
Rookie — 3 months
Starter — 3 months
All-Star — 6 months
MVP Annual — 12 months
Minimum commitments are the same for the Founding 50 and the Founding 100. Fixed-term memberships (including 3, 6, or 12-month commitments) require the member to fulfill the entire financial commitment. To terminate early, the member must provide written notice at least thirty days before the next billing date (remaining responsible for dues during the notice period) and pay an early termination fee equal to fifty percent of the remaining unpaid dues under the original commitment. The fee is due when cancellation is processed; the membership remains active through the paid cancellation-effective date.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the method designated by Next Rep. Verbal notice, stopping attendance, removing a payment method, disputing a charge, or notifying a coach or employee does not constitute cancellation.
8. Founding Member benefits
Every Founding Member receives 10% off all Next Rep camps and clinics, their name on the Founding Members Wall at the facility, exclusive Founding Member gear, and early access to booking before public launch. Booking priority during primetime hours escalates by membership tier.
9. Members under 18
A parent or legal guardian must complete membership authorization and sign a liability waiver before any member under 18 begins training.
10. Changes to these terms
Next Rep may update these terms. Your locked rate, your minimum commitment, and your refund rights will not be changed after you reserve.
